Complaints Procedure

If your complaint concerns a pharmacy-related incident, please send it in writing via email or post, as we cannot log these by phone. Once received, our team will promptly investigate the issue. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within three working days and to respond within five working days of acknowledgment. In cases where a detailed investigation is required, we may take longer to respond, but we will keep you updated on the progress.
